What are the 4 C’s?Updated 2 months ago
The 4 C’s are a set of grading parameters used to determine the appearance, quality and value of any diamond. They were created by the GIA (Gemological Institute of America) and are used as the global standard for every diamond around the globe.
They are: Carat, Colour, Clarity and Cut.
While the 4 C's are primarily used to determine the visual attributes, quality and overall value of a diamond, prioritising what is most important to each person is a personal preference.
