LOUISE JEAN is primarily an online business, and the majority of our clients are based interstate or overseas. We have wonderful resources to assist you with all of your decisions, and to order your ring even if you’re not able to visit us in person.

Why is the price shown on the website is different from what is shown in my cart when I go to checkout?

Do I need to speak to someone to place my order?

How do I know what the finished engagement ring will look like?

Our Bespoke Ring Builder will show you rendered examples of your ring design, including each of the Bespoke Alterations and metal choices for your design. These renders are based on a 1.50ct stone size - please note that this is not your actual diamo

Can I have a copy of the invoice for the full amount, with the ring details for insurance purposes?

Of course. Our team will provide a hard copy of a formal invoice in your parcel, which includes all of the details of your stones and design, as well as our business details. This can be useful for insurance purposes, and for the Tourist Refund Schem

Can you make sure the ring isn’t shipped to the shipping address I put down when checking out?

We will never ship a ring without re-confirming the shipping address first. Our team will touch base to check this closer to completion - usually when your ring enters the stone-setting phase, which is the home stretch!. Your parcel will require a si
