If I live far away, what’s the process for purchasing a ring?Updated 22 days ago

LOUISE JEAN is primarily an online business, and the majority of our clients are based interstate or overseas. We have wonderful resources to assist you with all of your decisions, and to order your ring even if you’re not able to visit us in person.

You may like to begin with a Virtual Appointment, where you can meet via Zoom with one of our dedicated jewellery and design consultants. Here we can discuss design details, diamond and gemstone education, the entire production process, and even look at rings or stone options up close.

Alternatively we have great digital resources to assist you online. These include printable guides, high quality images, comparisons and 36-degree video tools and renders.

From there, explore our Bespoke Ring Builder, a customisable online tool that allows you to create your dream ring remotely, including choosing the perfect diamond.

Once you have placed your order online, we will keep you updated with emails as your piece progresses throughout the production process.

We often utilise CAD renders to show you your design before beginning production.

On completion of your piece we will send you professional imagery of the finished product, before sending your ring on the way via secure courier.
