My ring needs repairing. How do I organise a return for repair?Updated 10 days ago

Accidents happen, and we are always happy to assist with any repairs or replacements. You will need to arrange to send your ring back to our expert jewellers in Australia.

LOUISE JEAN will arrange the logistics of all shipments to be returned to us, including all shipping labels and communication with the shipping provider. The client will be required to organise a collection or drop-off of the parcel.

LOUISE JEAN will issue an invoice for the return shipping costs, for which the client is responsible. We are happy to provide a quote for this before you proceed.
