All LOUISE JEAN pieces are non-refundable and cannot be refunded if you simply change your mind or for incorrect purchases.
We kindly ask that you choose carefully - we will be happy to assist in any questions you may have about any of our items.
Size alterations are often possible, including for rings and many fine jewellery items (pendants, bracelets). Please note that size exchanges may incur a fee.
All LOUISE JEAN pieces come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. In addition to this LOUISE JEAN offers a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty.
