For our international clients, we understand that having your piece serviced locally is often the most practical and efficient option - particularly when it comes to avoiding the time and cost associated with international returns.

Routine servicing - such as cleaning, polishing or inspections - carried out by a trusted local jeweller will not affect your warranty. We simply recommend keeping a record of your service history, and ensuring no structural work is undertaken.

If your piece is resized, repaired, or structurally altered by another jeweller, this will void your warranty, as we’re unable to guarantee work carried out by others.

That said, we will always support you and your piece. Should you require further repairs or assistance in the future, our team is here to help - it simply means that any work will be assessed and quoted accordingly.
