Do I have to have my ring serviced every year to keep my warranty valid?Updated 2 months ago

We made changes to our terms and conditions this year, so for any rings purchased from 1st February 2024 it is a requirement to have your ring serviced and cleaned annually, in order to keep your warranty valid.

If your ring was purchased prior to this, it is not a requirement. However, it is still a strong recommendation!

Professional jewellery cleaning and servicing not only enhances the visual appeal of the piece, but also contributes to its longevity by addressing any potential issues that could lead to further damage if left unattended. 

We strongly recommend completing this at least every 12 months for the lifetime of your ring.
