A professional service and clean starts with a general check of the shape and condition of the item, checking to see if the ring has been damaged in any way. After an ultrasonic to clean away any foreign material, we then use stereo microscopes to check the stones and settings for any damage and ensure that the stones are secure and identify and wear, scratching or dents. 

We then proceed with any necessary straightening, polishing, or re-tightening of the settings. For white gold and platinum jewellery, rhodium plating will be applied to restore the bright, white appearance.
