Our private appointments are held with a dedicated jewellery or design consultant, where you have exclusive access to our showroom.

During your appointment you may:

• Discuss your design preferences and any rings you may have seen, tried, or been inspired by.

• Learn about our LOUISE JEAN signature designs, and all the bespoke alterations or aspects of each design

• Try on as many of our rings as you like

• Discuss diamond education, including learning about the 4 C’s and our quality standards

• Compare and learn about metal choices

• Have your ring size professionally measured

• Try and style stacking ring options

• View diamond options up close, and look at various stone options from our extensive Diamond & Gemstone inventory

• Discuss budget ranges and pricing options

• Learn about our process, and what the next steps would be

• Ask any questions you like; none are too big or too small!

Our consultants take detailed notes which we will share with you following your appointment. We keep these on file indefinitely, should you or your partner wish to reach out or proceed going forward.
