Do you recommend a two-tone setting?Updated 2 months ago
A two-tone setting is where a ring is created with your choice of Yellow or Rose Gold for the band, but the setting and claws are created in a white metal such as Platinum.
Some clients prefer this as they feel that the whiter metal surrounding the stones reflects within them, allowing the stones to appear brighter.
We do not require this, or offer it as the standard, like many traditional jewellers. We equally love the warm tones of yellow or rose gold, and most frequently work with such high-grade diamonds that a two-tone setting isn’t necessary.
However, it can be a personal style preference, and as such can be added to any of our engagement ring styles.
