You may prefer to use a trusted local jeweller to perform a simple service & clean on your ring. Provided that they make no structural changes to your ring, this will not have any affect on your warranty.

To ensure we have a record that you are upholding the conditions of your warranty, we ask your local jeweller to complete a Service Log. Please contact our team to receive a copy of this.

Please do not allow other jewellers to perform resizes, repairs, or other structural work on your ring. We cannot guarantee the quality of work of those outside of our workshop, and this will therefore void your warranty.
